6. Taxes and Regulatory Compliance

22. Chargebacks and Fraud

22.1 Chargebacks initiated by buyers are investigated thoroughly.
22.2 Proven fraudulent chargebacks may result in account bans and reporting to authorities.
22.3 Repeated chargebacks can lead to permanent suspension and forfeiture.

 

23. Access Restrictions for Non-Payment

23.1 Failure to complete payment or resolve payment issues may result in suspension of premium access.
23.2 Codoser may temporarily restrict downloads or premium features until payment is confirmed.

 

24. Promotional Offers and Discounts

28.1 Codoser may terminate or suspend premium accounts for violations of these Terms or other platform policies.

32.2 Approval includes reviewing code quality, originality, licensing, malware scans, and documentation.
32.3 Verification timelines may vary depending on volume and complexity.

 

33. Misrepresentation of Products

33.1 Authors must not misrepresent product features, performance, compatibility, or support availability.
33.2 Intentional misrepresentation can result in refund liability, suspension, or permanent delisting.

 

34. Security Requirements for Premium Products

34.1 All premium items must be free of malicious code, hidden scripts, or security vulnerabilities.
34.2 Codoser may conduct regular scans and audits.
34.3 Items found to contain malware may be immediately removed and reported.

 

35. Responsibility for Compatibility

35.1 Authors are responsible for ensuring compatibility with stated frameworks, browsers, or platforms.
35.2 Failure to maintain compatibility may lead to negative reviews, refunds, or product delisting.

 

36. End-User License Enforcement

36.1 Authors and Codoser jointly enforce license terms.
36.2 Buyers found violating licenses may lose access to products without refunds.
36.3 Authors must not harass or directly threaten users; enforcement is handled through proper channels.

 

37. Premium Service Availability

37.1 Codoser strives to maintain 99% uptime for premium services, but occasional downtime may occur for maintenance or unforeseen events.
37.2 Users will be notified of scheduled maintenance in advance where possible.

 

38. Limitation of Access for Non-Compliance

38.1 Users who violate any policy may have their premium access suspended temporarily or permanently.
38.2 Suspension may include download restrictions, removal from premium programs, or blocking of new purchases.

 

39. Account Ownership Disputes

39.1 In the event of disputes between parties claiming ownership of a premium account or purchased license, Codoser may:

47. International Transactions and Currency Conversion

47.1 For international buyers, currency conversions are performed by payment processors using prevailing exchange rates.
47.2 Minor discrepancies may occur due to bank fees or exchange fluctuations.
47.3 Codoser is not responsible for conversion charges imposed by banks.

 

48. Compliance with Export Controls

50. Intellectual Property and Licensing Clarity

51. User Feedback and Ratings for Premium Items

51.1 Buyers are encouraged to provide honest, constructive reviews.
51.2 Fake reviews, bribed ratings, or retaliatory feedback are prohibited under the Community Guidelines.
51.3 Authors may respond professionally but cannot manipulate ratings.

 

52. Content Removal or Delisting

58.3 codoser reserves the right to change policy without prior notice. User must visit policy pages regularly; continued use will show acceptance of policy changes.

 

59. Severability

59.1 If any clause of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining clauses will continue in full force and effect.
59.2 Invalid provisions will be replaced with legally valid terms closest in intent.
